Tracy Kaly, Chairperson
Tracey Kaly, is a Licensed Clinical Manager for BayCare Behavioral Health who oversees the clinical operations of mental health, AOD and co-occurring treatment services for adults and children at multiple sites within the BayCare continuum of care. Tracey has been in a senior leadership role with BayCare for over 10 years working hands on in the areas of clinical program development, implementation of specialized Initiatives, writing of grants and research projects, community development and clinical supervision model development/implementation. She has been a member of ASAP since its inception in 2006 and has served as Board Chair for since 2009. She is a Florida Gator and is the proud parent of Brenna, 5, Luke, 3, and Jackson 2.

Art Rowand, Vice-Chairperson
Sgt. Rowand is currently the supervisor of the Pasco Sheriff's Office Selective Traffic Enforcement Patrol, commonly known as the STEP Unit. The STEP Unit concentrates on DUI enforcement and other traffic violations known to cause traffic crashes. He has been with the Pasco Sheriff's Office for over 26 years and has 30 years in Law Enforcement. He has two daughters and is a native Floridian.

Paula Green, Secretary
Paula Green is a Program Director overseeing the Substance Abuse Prevention and Intervention Programs at Youth and Family Alternatives, Inc. She attended Eckerd College where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree and then attended Nova Southeastern University where she earned her Master’s degree. She has been with YFA for over 19 years, the last 14 of which has been in management. She is an inaugural member of A.S.A.P. and was co-chair from 2006 through 2008. Paula feels passionately about many things: working for YFA, protecting children, animals and the environment, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on her favorite baseball team; but her number one love is her daughter Mariah. |

Chris Wittmann
Christopher Wittmann, PA-C is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. He graduated Cum Laude from the State University of New York Health Sciences Center at Brooklyn in 2003 after attending the City University of New York as a Lehman Scholar. He is the co-founder of Trinity Pain Center which is an interventional pain management practice as well as an AHCA licensed Health Care Clinic. As a pain management provider, he works with his supervising physician, Adrian Bethel, M.D., to develop interdisciplinary treatment options for patients with intractable pain. Chris joined ASAP in 2010 and became a board member in 2011. |

Chrissie Paris, Community Cordinator
Chrissie Parris is the Coalition Coordintor for the Alliance for Substance Abuse Prevention (ASAP) of Pasco County. Chrissie has worked in substance abuse prevention and intervention for 15 years and graduated from Penn State University. Chrissie was hired by ASAP in 2009 after working for 2.5 years at BayCare Behavoiral Health as a Prevention Facilitator and Hernando County Community Anti-Drug Coalition.
